Add a subdomain to Postfix

MemberPlease, can you throw me to the right direction on how to do this from where I am now? I followed all your instructions and Postfix is capable to send email but Google Apps is acting as the email server. However, I need that Postfix be capable to deal with e-mails that will be forwarded only from Google to pipe them to a PHP script that will do some great stuff. Any help will be a joy. Thank you.

MemberJust to complement my previous post, do you know what this guy is recomending? Dovecot (a plugin to Postfix) and Maildir (a mailbox format): http://www.christiantechsaz.com/viewtopic.php?id=58
