UnregisteredThere's a very sad story behind the creator (deceased) of Kloxo. Google it.
As far as installing it - DON'T. It's currently (still) insecure, multiple widely published hacks and once they figure out you're running it, from experience, they'll DOS you in their efforts to get in (especially Chinese IP addresses - again from experience).
