I'm a palindrome!

That's right, a palindrome! Anywho... the name's root, but you can call me toor, or anything in between. Honestly, I'm a *nix noob, but I've got a book that I hope will teach me the basics and beyond, and I've been playing with Linux for quite some time, but never took the time to learn the CLI. I'm starting school in February to get several certs, including my A+, Net+, Security+, and several other vendor-specific certifications, but I hope by the end of the 7-month program I can have the necessary knowledge to get my Linux+ and Server+. On another note, I have a vps over at FanaticalVPS because I got sick of shared hosting for the past several years, so I need to learn how to manage it, so I found vpsBible. I've given you my life's story in a nutshell, and now that we don't care no more, hopefully we'll be seein' one another around the forum since I just subscribed to vpsBible.com, and cheers!
