So here's the deal!

Hi. Welcome. And a warm one at that.
Let's face it, as of writing - and this is the first non-test post - these forums are pretty skeletal.
Then again, hopefully they provide the framework for an active community where we are all seeking the same thing:-
A damn cute, seriously secure virtual private server.
These boards will take a while to fill out and become a "save-to-fave" essential but, then again, you should find them a great place to leave a query and get a response.
You don't need to subscribe to the VPS Bible itself to enjoy them .. as much as I'd like you to :P
They are open to all, all are welcome, and I hope all gain a benefit.
Thassit. Enjoy.

I've now registered, for the third time witha different email address, and I'm still seeing the

message after logging in. You're killing your site, dude. This is ridiculous.

er .. with respect ..
.. that may have something to do with the fact that you cancelled your subscription :P
you appear to be registered for the free forum. Welcome!
the docs cost $15, or €11 (as well as a great deal of time to produce and maintain)
you are welcome to resubscribe if you decide that your web hosting company needs this knowledge base after all.
however, that message you quote is poorly written, and i'll change it. thank you.

And if i may be so bold as to add my 2 cents worth This guide is worth the purchase price and more the time saved and the knowledge gained has been invaluable.

I do agree with that. I would never be able to build my server without the guide of the tutorials.
