subscription fee change to yearly?

I've been pretty busy lately and don't have the time to finish the tuts
did vpsbible just recently changed it's subscription fee from one time $15 to $15/yearly?
because I subscribe when it was $15 one time.
If I know it is a yearly subscription I would have a 2nd thought and maybe subscribe at a later due to time

has always been an annual subscription. no change there.

Unregisteredi thought it was a lifetime fee as well when i signed up :S
